August 12 is the date for court! YAY! On this day, Lexie's adoption case will be presented to a judge in Taiwan! Praising God for this wonderful news! One more step closer to bringing my daughter home and uniting her with her sister! Janie and I are so excited!!!

Yea!! Congratulations on getting your date. Hope the process goes quickly, so you can be on that plane getting Janie's little sis. So happy for you and Janie!
Oh my goodness....I just read your post about your new daughter Lexie! I am soooooooooooo excited for you!!! A full biologically related sibling via international adoption? What are the chances? It's truly meant to be.
Shame on others who may doubt/question your decision. It often comes from jealousy/insecurity on their part. I too am a teacher (at the college level but don't make much more $$ than our local elementary school teachers). You will be great and Janie is so lucky to have a sister....biologically related or not!
I grapple ever day with the decision to have two. I want two....don't get me wrong. I just feel pretty overwhelmed with my little girl right now with all her medical stuff and busyness:)
